Sandwich Tuna

Who never hears a sandwich? Yes, this sandwich is often used as a breakfast for certain people. You must have eaten one of these foods at home or available in some restaurants or ready-to-eat places.


Sandwiches are foods that usually consist of vegetables, cheeses or sliced meats, put on or in between slices of bread, or rather any food where two or more pieces of bread serve as containers or wrappers for this type of Other food.

How to make a sandwich is a kind of food for a popular lunch, brought to work, school, or picnic to eat as part of a packed lunch. Bread can be either plain bread, or coated with seasonings such as mayonnaise or mustard, to enhance its flavor and texture. As a homemade dish, sandwiches are also widely sold in restaurants and can be served hot or cold.

The name of the sandwich is derived from the name John Montagu, 4th Earl of Sandwich, an 18th-century English aristocrat who is a big fan of the heavy-duty card. Earl of Sandwich IV wanted to continue playing cards without having to stop to eat, so that the meat that was pinned two slices of bread was used as a practical food that can be eaten with the hands of the hand while playing cards.

THE INGREDIENTS
FOR SALSA VERDE:
  • 1 cup Italian parsley leaves, washed and dried
  • 1/2 cups extra-virgin olive oil, plus more as needed
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cups coarse chopped green olives, such as Castelvetrano
  • 3 or 4 anchovy fillet, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped capers
  • Seasoning of 1 lemon
  • Little Red chilies crushed
  • Salt and pepper

FOR THE SANDWICH:
  • 1 baguette or 4 rolls ciabatta
  • Handful of lettuce leaves, arugula or watercress
  • 8 ounces the best quality oil packaging tuna, drain, in large chunks
  • 4 boiled eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 serrano chili, sliced thin, optional

Preparation
  • Create salsa verde: The leaves are parsley and 1/2 glasses of oil in a food processor or blender until it becomes like a pesto, then move it into a small bowl. (Another way, cut the parsley by hand and combine it with oil.) Add the garlic, the chopped olives, the anchovy, the caper, The lemon peel and the red pepper into the parsley mixture and mix well. Season with salt if necessary and fresh black pepper to taste. Thin with more oil as desired.
  • Cut the baguette into 4 equal parts, then divide each lengthwise with a jagged knife. (If using bread rolls, separate each elongated.) For each sandwich, place a flatbread, comb down. Spread the side pieces with 2 tablespoons of salsa verde. Put a few lettuce leaves on top of 1 piece of bread and set 2 ounces of tuna on top of the lettuce. Top tuna with 1 egg grain, cut into four. Season the eggs with a little salt and pepper. Add a Serrano slice Chile, if using. Drizzle with a bit of salsa verde, then hit the closed sandwich.
